Reclaiming Humanity

Most of society sees people who are incarcerated as irredeemable - “hardened criminals.” I see them as survivors of trauma, shaped by their experiences and adapted as a ‘hardened human.’ Underneath that, is the beauty of a soul wrapped in a shroud of pain. They seek freedom, not just physical but emotional and mental, just like the rest of us.

I believe that…

We all want to be seen and heard. We all want to feel that we are loved, worthy and that we matter.

If we don’t get that in our childhood, we get it however we can - at the cost of others and at the cost of ourselves. Because we lost connection, we need to find our way back to our true selves.

With this awareness, I created a program to help incarcerated individuals find their way.

T.A.P.S. (Tapping Advances Personal Serenity)

The T.A.P.S. program provides a holistic framework for healing trauma and fostering personal growth. By integrating the teaching of humanistic skills with innovative somatic tools like Tapping (EFT) and other mind-body practices, participants can explore their past experiences and current challenges in a supportive environment.

This approach not only promotes self-awareness but also equips individuals with practical techniques to facilitate rapid healing and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Ultimately, T.A.P.S. empowers participants to lead more fulfilling lives through personal transformation and resilience.
