Anxiety RX
Anxiety is the number one most diagnosed mental health issue in this country, and something we experience in our daily lives. Society, medicine and education has done us no favors with managing it.
It does not have to be a chronic condition, you have a choice.
This workshop was created to bring awareness and understanding to the function of anxiety. You will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms, and be provided with multiple techniques to empower you to address it quickly and get relief.
There is wisdom in anxiety and I can show you how to uncover it.
No is the new Yes
Do you ever feel like you cannot say NO or set boundaries, even though you want to? Are you often too quick to say yes to requests that you do not truly want to do because you are afraid of disappointing others?
You may find yourself living from the energy of obligation, rather than self-respect, inspiration and joy. Having difficulty saying no to things you don’t want to do and yes to the things you want can be a result of unconscious patterns, deep-rooted emotions, as well as fear and not knowing how.
In this workshop, we will release old emotional patterns, learn effective ways to say no, and communicate with confidence, grace and ease.
Everyone has engaged in the unconscious act of self-sabotage at some point or regularly. Self-sabotage is not just about an emotion but includes identifying and unpacking autopilot behaviors.
This interactive workshop brings awareness to a variety of ways that these behaviors show up, gives you tools on how to neutralize negative belief systems, and provides a way to break the cycle by rewiring your neurobehavior by utilizing Tapping (EFT).

Conscious Communication
Communication is key in every aspect in our interactions with others. It is the process of relaying information, thoughts and emotions in a way that can be understood. The majority of the problems we have in our professional and personal lives usually stem from a lack of clear and non-offensive communication.
Conscious Communication is done with an awareness and the goal for creating deeper understanding, collaborative resolutions, developing connection, maintaining relationships, and living in harmony with others around us.
This workshop will teach you: key communication skills, ways to express how you feel, to have the confidence to set boundaries without guilt, collaborative problem-solving, and methods to greater connection with others.
ReWriting our stories
Our mind is a great story teller, it’s hard-wired into us and serves as a great communication tool.
Some of our stories provide hope, inspiration and drive. Others do not serve us by justifying our limiting beliefs, creating excuses, and reinforcing negative narratives. Eventually they take root in our subconscious and are retold on autopilot - making it harder to change them into feelings that empower and inspire us.
In this workshop you will first learn to identify your stories, the limiting beliefs they reinforce, and how they are holding you back from what you truly desire. You will learn a technique to disrupt these narratives, empower yourself to overcome your limitations, create a new inspiring story, and start rewiring a new improved reality into existence.

of public speaking
Do you fear presenting, performing, group discussions, team meetings that require you to contribute or family discussions? You’re not alone. Public Speaking is considered the number one fear for all people - even over death!
This fear may be a manifestation of something deeper that is keeping you from showing up confidently as yourself. It generally triggers a cascade of undesirable behaviors that keep you from connecting with yourself and others too.
You will learn to release this fear and change your relationships which will increase your performance at work, your list of accomplishments and... your life. There is freedom in that!
Forgiveness:
the path to freedom
Most people misunderstand Forgiveness.
Many are stuck in long cycles of unforgiveness, where the past is running the present. It can leave you feeling isolated, lonely, anxious and depressed. Holding onto grudges and anger can result in physical manifestations.
This workshop explores what forgiveness is and is not. It will take you through a process of acknowledging, letting go and acceptance - leading you to a feeling of freedom.
Managing WFH Stress
Working from home provides some amazing benefits.
However, in the shadows of those benefits are unexpected and unforeseen stress factors - an overlap in your work/home life, lack of focus due to distractions and isolation. If these feelings arise and you do nothing to manage them, they will affect your work and relationships.
This Workshop will provide you with effective hacks and techniques that alleviate the stress factors while giving you some alternative solutions to manage your space and relationships. You will finally be able to enjoy the benefits of WFH without the stress.
